Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Artispreneur. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Artispreneur, and old enough in your jurisdiction to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your login secure.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you upload or create — your music, your catalog, your bio, your images, and the documents your managers generate for you. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service: to store your content, and to display the parts you have chosen to publish.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Do not publish material you do not have permission to use.
What the AI managers are, and are not
The AI managers do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. They generate documents from templates and organize information you supply. For anything with real money or rights at stake — a label deal, a publishing agreement, a tax filing — have a qualified attorney or accountant review it before you act.
AI-generated output can be wrong. Review anything a manager produces before you send, sign, file or publish it. You remain responsible for what you do with it.
Our managers will not take a binding action on your behalf without your explicit approval. They will not sign contracts, send outreach, spend money, or publish publicly on their own.
Business formation and filings
Where we help you register an EIN or form a business entity, we are assisting you with a filing you are making — we are not your agent, attorney or registered representative. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Government agencies set their own processing times, and we cannot guarantee an outcome or a timeline.
Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another artist, or publish a profile you are not entitled to publish.
- Do not use the Directory to send bulk unsolicited email. Contact details are provided so you can pitch professionally, not spam.
- Do not upload malicious code, attempt to breach the service, or scrape it at scale.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, or to infringe anyone's rights.
Plans and payment
Paid plans bill monthly in advance, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not prorate refunds for partial months, but if something goes wrong on our side, tell us and we will make it right.
We may change pricing. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice before a change affects them.
Third-party services
The platform connects to services we do not control — PROs, distributors, banks, social platforms, and legal filing partners. Their terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions or outages.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may retire ones that no longer serve artists well.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that puts other users or the service at risk. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
On termination, you can export your content. See the Privacy Policy for how deletion works.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
