Refund Policy

One-time services

One-time service purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase, as long as you haven't run the service yet. Once the service has run and produced your deliverable, the purchase is final — the work was done, and the deliverable is yours to keep.

If a service fails to run because of a problem on our end and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we'll refund you in full regardless of timing.

Subscriptions (All-Access & Label)

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from the billing portal in your settings — one click, no phone calls, no retention maze.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep unlimited runs until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't issue prorated refunds for partial months — subscriptions are priced for unlimited use, and unlimited is hard to prorate. Label seats you remove mid-period take effect on your next renewal.

Free previews and the free tier

Free previews and the free Business Registration Setup cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund. If something in the free tier didn't work, tell us anyway — it helps us fix it for everyone.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the workspace or the contact details on the site with your account email, what you bought, and the date of purchase. We'll confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your request falls outside this policy but you think there's a genuine problem — a billing error, a duplicate charge, a service that clearly didn't do what it said — write in anyway. We'd rather make it right than argue the fine print.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us, the dispute process freezes the funds and usually takes longer for everyone. Talk to us first — in almost every case we can sort it out faster than your bank can.
