Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account information: your email address and whatever profile details you choose to add. This is how you sign in and how we know which workspace is yours.

Content you provide: the songs, bios, business details, and other material you give the agent to work with. The service can't build your EPK or register your works without it.

Usage information: which services you run, when, and how they perform — we use this to keep the platform working, to count your free previews and subscription usage, and to decide what to build next.

Technical information: standard stuff like device type, browser, and coarse location, collected to keep the site secure and working.

What we never collect (or never see)

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, handle, or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV — that goes straight to Stripe's systems.

We never ask for your Social Security number, and we don't want it. For services that need an SSN-adjacent identifier (like EIN registration walkthroughs), it's encrypted locally in your session and shredded afterward — it never lands in our databases.

How we use your data

To run the service: sign you in, save your workspace, run the services you ask for, and process your purchases.

To improve the product: aggregate, de-identified usage patterns help us see which services work and which need fixing.

To communicate: receipts, service updates, and the occasional product note. No spam, no selling your inbox — and you can opt out of non-essential emails anytime.

What we don't do with your data

We don't sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

We don't use your songs, lyrics, or business plans to train public models, and we don't show your private workspace content to other users.

We share data only with the vendors needed to run the service (hosting, payments via Stripe, analytics) — under contracts that limit them to doing their job — or when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We use the minimum cookies needed: sign-in sessions and basic preferences. We don't run third-party ad trackers on the site.

How long we keep data

Your workspace content stays as long as your account is active. Delete your account and we delete your content within a reasonable period, except for the records we're legally required to keep (like purchase receipts for tax purposes).

Backups may retain copies for a short window after deletion, then they age out.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account and its data. Contact us through the workspace or the contact details on the site and we'll handle it.

If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (California, the EU, and similar), those rights apply to you — this policy doesn't waive them.

Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls, least-privilege infrastructure — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell you promptly if something goes wrong on our end.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data in a meaningful way, we'll say so here and, for significant changes, notify you directly. The date at the top always shows the current version.
