What you're buying

Artispreneur sells digital, AI-assisted artist-development services: guided runs of our services (EPKs, bios, release plans, royalty registration help, and similar) and subscriptions — All-Access and Label — which unlock unlimited runs of those services while your subscription is active.

What you receive is a digital deliverable produced with you in your workspace — documents, plans, registrations-in-progress, and structured data. Nothing physical is shipped, and no government filing is ever submitted on your behalf: business filings are always reviewed and submitted by you.

One-time purchases unlock a single run of the named service. All-Access and Label are recurring subscriptions that renew each billing period until you cancel.

No guaranteed outcomes

We build the work product; we don't guarantee the result. Buying a service or holding a subscription does not guarantee streams, placements, bookings, royalty income, sync deals, or any specific business outcome. The music industry is unpredictable — anyone who promises you a hit is lying.

Royalty estimates, venue lists, and directory data are provided as working tools, not financial or legal advice. Always verify filing details with the relevant agency (IRS, your PRO, your Secretary of State) before you submit anything.

Your account

You need an account to buy anything. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for everything done under your account.

One account per person. All-Access is for a single artist — sharing your All-Access login so others can run services is a violation of these terms and can get the account suspended. Label plans include team seats: invite your people through the roster dashboard instead.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase for you.

Acceptable use

Use the services for your own legitimate artist business. Don't use them to harass anyone, to generate spam or deceptive content, to infringe someone else's copyright or trademark, or to try to break, scrape, or overload the platform.

The deliverables we produce with you are yours to use in your career — put them in press kits, pitches, and filings. What's not yours: the platform itself, our models, prompts, and software, which stay ours.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay; taxes may apply depending on where you live.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your settings — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and there are no prorated refunds for partial periods. Label is billed per artist seat: adding or removing roster seats adjusts your subscription quantity automatically, prorated by Stripe.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the version in effect when you buy governs that purchase. If we make a material change, we'll say so plainly.

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraud. If we close your account for cause, unused one-time purchases are refunded per the refund policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to what you actually paid for the service or subscription period in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost gigs, lost deals, lost royalties you hoped to earn.

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived.
