The protection rule
A split sheet on Artispreneur will not move forward until two things are true: the splits total 100 percent, and every listed person has signed. Until both are true, registration stays locked.
Splits must total 100 percent
If the numbers add to 90, the sheet stops, in red, in the room. Nobody discovers a missing 10 percent after the song is out and earning.
Everyone listed must sign
A verbal yes is not a signature. Requiring every writer and producer to sign protects the writers and producers themselves: their share is on record before registration, pitching or payment depends on it.

Is sending really free?
Yes. Creating and sending a split sheet is free, and the person receiving it needs no account to sign. All-Access at $99 per year is for the full platform, not a condition of the send.
What does a signer need?
Just the link. A signer opens it, reviews the split, and signs in the same flow. No account needed to receive and sign.
What if someone will not sign?
Then registration stays locked for that song, and the sheet shows exactly whose signature is missing. That is the protection working: the disagreement surfaces now, in the room, not on release day.
What if the splits change?
Create a new version with the corrected percentages and send it for a fresh round of signatures. The audit trail keeps the earlier version, so the change itself is on record.
How is the signed copy stored?
Signed copies live privately in your Artist Vault on your account. Only you can open them, and every view and download is logged.
