Label OS for labels and managers

Your whole roster, registered and claimed

Artispreneur Label OS gives labels and managers one roster dashboard with team seats and consolidated royalty analytics for every artist you represent. See who is registered, who is claimed, and who has money sitting uncollected.

$99 per artist seat per month. Built for rosters of 5 to 50 artists.

Where a roster quietly leaks money

Most royalty gaps are not fraud. They are admin drift, multiplied by every artist on the roster.

  • Unregistered works

A release goes live and the work never gets registered, or gets registered under a different title or writer name. Multiply by a roster and some share of your catalog is earning into a void.

  • Unclaimed recordings

Recordings get delivered but never claimed on the platforms that pay for them. Nobody notices, because no single view shows claimed and unclaimed side by side.

  • Split and metadata drift

An artist changes a stage name. A split never gets filed. Metadata set at delivery quietly diverges from the paperwork. Across a roster, drift is not an exception; it is the default.

One workspace for the whole roster

  • Roster view

Every artist on the roster in one dashboard, each with a plain status: registered, claimed, or at risk. The question a label should answer in one screen.

  • Team seats

One seat per artist, with team roles for the people who run the roster. Managers, admins and artists each see the work that belongs to them.

  • Consolidated royalty analytics

Royalty signals rolled up across the roster, with gaps flagged as tasks with an owner, instead of discoveries made months later in a spreadsheet.

Start with the health check, not a contract

The free roster health check runs on 3 of your artists. You see their registration and claim status in the roster view, including any gaps, before you decide on a single seat. The data needed is the roster and catalog information you already hold. Your roster data is never shared outside your workspace, and Label OS does not replace your distributor, your PRO, or your royalty accountant.

Does Label OS replace our distributor?

No. Label OS sits above distribution: it tracks registrations, claims and royalty signals for the roster. Your distributor still delivers the music.

Does it replace our PRO or royalty accountant?

No. It shows registration and claim status in one view and flags gaps as tasks. Your PRO relationships and your royalty accounting stay yours; Label OS makes their inputs complete and current.

What happens in the free roster health check?

We take 3 artists from your roster and check their registrations and claims the same way the full workspace does. You see the roster view with your own artists in it, including any gaps found, before any seat decision.

What data is needed to start?

Your roster list, release catalog basics per artist, and the registration details you already hold. The health check starts from what you have; missing data is itself one of the findings.

What is never shared?

Your roster data is never shared with other labels, never used to market to your artists directly, and never shown outside your workspace. Each artist's numbers stay inside your account.

Registered, claimed, or at risk?

If you cannot answer that for every seat on your roster in one screen, that is the problem Label OS solves.
